The Salem City Police Force will be forever missed by Sergeant Douglas Hoggatt, Father Douglas who served in the city police force for 28 years before his last day. He was retiring!
As usual, he had to work his last day and then report a code 3 indicating his day was closed. But today was a special day. It was his last day in the Salem City Police Department. Well, what he didn’t know was that his son had planned something behind his back!
So Douglas goes to work as usual and lives in work houses until 1800 when he sends in his final code 3. When does he do this? Something happens and he breaks down in tears!
It’s his son! It turns out that Douglas’s son Huguet Jr. was a dispatcher in the same police force. What Hugate Jr. didn’t know was that his son would receive his Ultimate 3 token and send him his last wishes when he retired. And he did it on the police radio!
