There is a clip of such an incident that happened recently in New York. The video has since gone viral for all the right reasons. The video shows a woman standing in a subway car. A nice man in sunglasses and a puffy jacket offers his seat to the older woman.
A fellow New Yorker on the same subway soon realizes the man is Ben Stiller.
The Instagram user took out his phone and started recording. The photographer didn’t realize he was about to capture a real act of kindness. Although Ben Stiller offered his seat to the woman, it was his reaction that fueled the success of the video.
“When Benstiller casually abandons his seat on the #NYC subway, then this one,” he captioned the post.
To say that this woman was thrilled to meet a celebrity would be an understatement. She was stoned and clearly a Ben Stiller fan.
The woman immediately got up from her seat and started praising the comedian in Spanish. She tells Ben Stiller that it makes her laugh a lot.
In the video, other subway riders appreciate the woman’s reaction more than Ben Stiller in the subway car himself. She starts stoking the action and starts pulling the rollers out of her hair. She wanted to look her best for the star.
