Quasimodo was born different and raised in a fear of humans. He is believed to be one of 15 dogs in the world born with short spine syndrome. But this did not prevent him from living his life, and he is loved by everyone who knows him.
“He’s a real German Shepherd, just shortened,” Rachel says.
The Humpback Hound rose to internet fame after being rescued from the streets and adopted into a loving forever home. The dog is enjoying his second chance in life with his family who founded used hounds in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
After being rescued from Kentucky, he semi-met a woman named Rachel who really helped him out of his shell. His rare condition forces him to do certain things differently than most dogs, but he is the sweetest puppy one could ask for!
