How To Prepare Omelet In A Bag For Breakfast


l 2 chopped slices of ham
l ½ cup of cheese
l 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
l 1 tablespoon of chopped green bell paper
l 2 table spoon of chopped seeded tomato
l 2 chopped/sliced mushrooms
l 1 table spoon of choy sauce
1. For each omelet, add 2 eggs in a large receiver bag
2. Cross out most of the air from bag and seal
3. Shake or squeeze the bag to beat the eggs
4. Open the bag and add in your favorite ingredients as indicated above
5. Squeeze out the air and seal the bag again
6. Gentle turn the bag to incorporate the ingredients
7. Boil some considerable amount of water
8. Cook the omelets at the same time
9. Feel free to assemble ahead of time
10. Cook for 13 minutes
11. Carefully open the bag and roll the omelets out on your plate
12. If you realize that your omelet mix still has high water content in it, you may have to cook for a few minutes and drain the liquid from inside the bag before rolling the omelet out onto your plate
