Grotteria started checking out an old man with a carriage carrying his puppy. Because of the puppy’s illness, he could not move independently, so the right owner always helped him.
Although Grotteria does not know the man and his dog, reporters are keen to make sure the truth comes out. Tonino Vitale has been carrying his 13-year-old dog Dylan for several years with his pram, as he lost the use of his hind limbs due to arthritis.
