Savannah immediately realized the man was talking about her. She mentioned that she is generally afraid to sit next to other people on planes. She never wants to be someone else’s annoyance.

Savannah didn’t want to make a scene during the flight. Instead, she cried silently and quietly tried to wipe away her tears. She even said that she decided to pray for the man who wrote those terrible words.

However, Savannah wasn’t the only person on the flight to spot the horrific text. Chase Irwin was sitting across from her on the aisle bench and saw Savannah reading the script.

He also saw that she was gently wiping away her tears. He said he immediately felt bad and couldn’t believe he was witnessing such cruelty from someone else.

Chase decided he couldn’t sit there while Savannah cried next to such a disgusting man. He stood up and told the man to switch seats with him.

When he did, he sat down next to Savannah and asked her if she had read what he had written. When she admitted she did, Chase told her not to worry about it.

Savannah said for the rest of the trip the two had a short chat. She was amazed at all she did to make strangers feel good about herself. She wrote the story on her Facebook page in the hope that others will step in when they see someone else being bullied or abused.
