It all started when the woman overheard a conversation between a pharmacist and an old man while she was sitting at Walgreen’s near the pharmacy. The old man was there to take his medicine but he seemed a little worried somehow.

“Well, I just saw the most amazing thing today. I was waiting for my prescription at Walgreen, and I noticed this guy taking his medicine. He asks their price and starts worrying about the price. The total was $170, and the pharmacist asked if he’d rather take one for a month.”Only from his meds instead of 3,” the woman shared on her social media.
It turns out the man wanted to get medication for three months but had a problem. The pharmacist told him it would cost him $170 in total and the only problem was he didn’t have enough money for it. This forced him to check if he could take medicine for a month instead.
Then a disguised angel came to his aid.
I probably overheard the conversation, as did the other woman, a Good Samaritan who happened to be in that area who suddenly offered to pay for the old man’s medical supplies so he wouldn’t have to leave without she.
“This lady next to me walks up to them and says ‘No, he’s getting the three months’ and pays her bill. I was walking out of there with tears in my eyes, what a wonderful woman.”
The old man was very grateful for her kind gesture and hugged her.
The old man was clearly a complete stranger to her, but this woman was willing to go the extra mile to make sure he got what he needed. The woman who saw it took to the touching scene on her social media and the good news spread everywhere. The simple charity of this kind woman touches the hearts of thousands of netizens and brings many to tears because of her kind gesture.
