According to NBC News, Tracy is a mother of four children. She has a baby Isabella’s age, so she understands the challenges Isabella and her father face every morning.
According to NBC News, one morning Isabella saw Tracy helping another girl with her hair, so the 11-year-old called her over to ask Tracy for help with her hair.
Back then, Tracy would spend a few minutes each morning doing a French braid or two. Isabella slowly began to work on her hair, as girls at this age gradually do. However, in the meantime, Isabella and her father are grateful that Tracy stepped in to help.
