The Bangkok-based police officer was on duty when a man suddenly came through the front doors and pulled out a knife.

In the incident captured by police station security cameras, the man appears to be holding a knife in front of a number of officers.

However, instead of approaching the situation with aggression, Mali has adopted a unique approach.

Security camera later showed the officer tried to calm the man down and persuaded him to hand over the knife.

To everyone’s surprise, the man then gave up and held out his knife as Mali calmed him down with a hug.

According to Malley, he only saw pain in the man’s eyes, so he figured offering reassurance and reassurance was the best he could give a man.

Malley, who was an officer for 23 years, spoke about the incident with news channels later and explained that he was only trying to do what he had always been trained to do.

“We try to negotiate first,” he explained. “I could have fought him and taken his knife away, but what if he ended up hurting himself?”

It turns out the 45-year-old musician had a hard time getting her to threaten the police with a knife. He was cheated by his employer because of his salary, and later his guitar was stolen.

Later, Mali gave the man a new guitar and told him that it was not worth indulging in violence.

“If the suspect is a real threat, we have a sniper for that,” Malley said. “But in this case, I can manage. It was just a knife… We trained for it.”
