Savannah, 5, calls 911 and reports that her father has breathing problems in Hancock County, Indiana. Her conversation with Jason Bonham, the operator who answered her call, is one of the best 911 calls ever.
While on the phone, the operator reassured her that help was coming, and she can be heard telling her father about it. But then she wonders if it’s okay for her and her dad to stay in their pajamas while some people will be home any minute.
Then she said she went to her room to wear something else before the operator insisted on staying with her father until the ambulance arrived. She then hilariously goes on to introduce the operator to the family dog, LouLou, who is “friendly but barks a lot”.
You really need to listen to the conversation for yourself to see how cute it really is! Fortunately, the ambulance soon arrived and her father has fully recovered and is now fine.
